Do I need to have a flight booked?

Your flight itinerary will be required in order to proceed with appointment scheduling. If you have not booked your international flight, be sure to ask our team member(s) for assistance with available options BEFORE submitting your appointment request.
Do I need to book an appointment close to my date of travel?
Answer :
No, you can submit your passport appointment request whenever it is most convenient for you. However, our team is unable to begin your booking process more than 14 days from the scheduled date of travel.
Do you provide passports?
Answer :
No, we are a concierge service that schedules urgent passport appointments. We are not a passport agency. We do not process passport applications.
Do I need a doctor's note or obituary?
Answer :
No, this documentation is not required for a same-day appointment booked through Speedy Passports.
Do I need to apply in person?
Answer :
You must apply in person using Form DS-11 if at least one of the following is true:

You are applying for your first U.S. passport
You are under age 16
Your previous U.S. passport was issued when you were under age 16
Your previous U.S. passport was lost, stolen, or damaged
Your previous U.S. passport was issued more than 15 years ago

If none of the above statements apply, you may be eligible to Renew using Form DS-82.
What if I am under the age of 16?
Answer :
All children under age 16 must apply for a passport in person with two parents or guardians present using Form DS-11.
Both parents/guardians must authorize the issuance of the childs passport. The best way to do this is for both parents/guardians to go with the child in person to apply for the passport.
What if both parents/guardians cannot appear in person?
You must submit Form DS-3053 with their passport application.
What if we cannot locate the other parent?
You must submit Form DS-5525 “Statement of Exigent/Special Family Circumstances."
What is your refund policy?
REFUNDS AND RETURNS: All orders and sales are final. Payments submitted are nonrefundable. Speedy Passports does not accommodate for product orders that track and show as delivered nor returned undeliverable. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided at the time of purchase. If your package is not received, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Speedy Passports is a third party expedite service. We are not responsible for any processing concerns and/or discrepancies with your passport application. Speedy Passports is not responsible for rejected applications, canceled appointments, nor missed appointments. Appointment rescheduling will incur a $75.00 fee.
What is your shipping policy?
SHIPPING: Standard order processing time is 5 business days. Once your order has been processed and set out for delivery, tracking information will be sent via email to the original email address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your mailing address is correct at the time of purchase. Speedy Passports will not be responsible for packages mailed to the wrong address, lost, and/or stolen. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for receipt (delivery times are based on current USPS schedules). Local pickup is not available at this time.
